Your consultation, assessments, aftercare advice and any exercises given are free. At Zensations, if you pay for an hour of massage – you’ll receive an hour of massage! So unlike many other places, the time it takes to complete your consultation, any physical assessments, undressing prior to treatment, dressing after treatment, aftercare advice and any exercises given, does not eat into your valuable massage time. If you are late for your appointment your treatment must still finish at the allotted time. Please give at least 24 hours cancellation notice. At Zensations we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances or sickness may arise, which might cause you to cancel your appointment. This is no problem and we will gladly cancel or reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time.
