I have been visiting Sally for the last 2 years and she has helped me stay injury free. I cycle and have used sports massage as a regular part of my training for many years now. I’m always throwing up something new each time I visit, whether it’s to free up my back, relieve tension in my neck, or flush out my legs, her knowledge and massage techniques are excellent, she helps me recover after training.

Stress from my busy work and family life made me feel exhausted. My friend recommended going to Sally for massage. I currently receive aromatherapy massage and it is working wonders, by the time I leave, I feel like I’m floating on air, without a care in the world, and I’m sleeping better. Sally is lovely, she is understanding and puts you at ease. Her massages are heaven on earth, I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I have been seeing Sally for about 8 months. When I first came I was getting headaches all the time. My neck, shoulders and back were always tight and painful, it was really bad. Sally is fantastic, she got rid of so many knots in my neck and shoulders. I feel so much better and my headaches have virtually gone. I used to take Paracetamol a lot of the time, now I hardly use them. I see Sally once a fortnight and it’s the best thing I do for myself.
